Why can’t I access the rsvp page?

The RSVP page is password protected for privacy. Invited guests will receive a password on their invitations that will give them access to this page and more detailed information. If you did not receive an invitation, you will not be able to RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation notes that you may bring a spouse or plus-one, yes, of course. If not, please do not bring extra guests as our venue has restrictions regarding the amount of people allowed on site. We are charged per guest for extra guests. If you want a plus-one but this wasn’t offered on your invitation, please reach out to Randy or Kelsey to see if that’s an option closer to the ceremony date.

Are gifts required?

Of course not! We will greatly appreciate anything that is gifted to us, though. You can view our registry here.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

• FORMAL ATTIRE: The bride and groom kindly request that you wear Semi-Formal/Formal attire – think of this an almost Black-Tie event and fun reason to dress up. Fall colors are recommended. Semi-formal means NO t-shirts, blue jeans, baseball caps or loungewear. If you can’t or don’t want to oblige the dress code, please don’t come.

• AVOID BLACK/BLACK LACE: Due to the wedding party colors, PLEASE AVOID wearing long black dresses and black lace. You normally wouldn’t wear white to a wedding, so you get the hint. A short/mid-length black dress with a shawl/sweater/scarf is perfectly fine. Black is Kelsey’s favorite color after all. Feel free to reach out if you have a question.

• OUTDOOR WEDDING: Keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding, and our ceremony will take place on a lawn in a garden. The reception will take place on an outdoor patio/covered pergola area. Please keep footwear and outerwear in mind.

• IN CASE OF RAIN: Although we’ve humbly begged Mother Nature to hold the rain on that day, should rain end up in the forecast we ask that you PLEASE only bring clear or plain black umbrellas if needed. If it rains, do not further ruin our vibe with your bright pink umbrella.

Are children or pets welcome?

Due to our venue policies, children under the age of 10 and pets are prohibited. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand if this impacts your ability to attend. We wish that we were able to extend the guest list to include everyone’s children, but this is just not an option as our venue has capacity limits that are costly. Additionally, there will be alcohol and uncensored music that would not be child-friendly. Please arrange for childcare and petcare options ahead of time. 

Will food be provided?

Appetizers and dinner will be served. Our appetizers will include a large charcuterie table with many options for snacking. For dinner, an Italian-style buffet of pasta + toppings, salad, hot sides, and bread will be provided. We realize this menu might not accommodate everyone’s food preferences or allergies, and apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
